Condo buildings in oakbluff?

Anyone else opposed to by-law no.7/17. By the looks of the notice they are expecting to add 2 condo buildings (apartment style ) and 96 townhouse condos. Intersecting with horizon drive on south side of number 3 Hwy.
It would also appear that this would be first phase of the condos and future phases would follow further towards number 2 Hwy.
They are holding an information meeting at RM June 13,2017 at 5pm.
Don't get me wrong I'm all for growth. Townhouses and bungalow condos are fantastic. Apartment style condos don't belong out in the "country".
A concern aswell well is the quality of the buildings. Are they going to accent our beautiful neighbourhood or are they going to be an eye sore and devalue our properties.
This traffic issue affects all residents of Oak Bluff West, As they will only have one exit for all occupants and as of right now we have only one exit adjacent to where they are proposing their exit.
There is a reason we all chose Oak Bluff to call home and that's the openness. We should be broadening our horizons not narrowing them with condo complexes.
If you aren't for this, please contact our councillor and attend the meeting.
