Post: rmackie    Have you heard any more on this, the rm does not seem to respond.  Many people here in Oak Bluff would like the rm to buy the property and then lease it out to:  1. a med to upscale restaurant like Chili's 2. A Co-op gas bar with a car wash, a bank branch, 7 eleven. All housed in that property. This way the rm can get both taxes and lease payments and control what business comes in. Those business places noted are a wish list on some families that live here.
