Park benches at each end of the pond and on the trail in between would be a great touch to a wonderful area. Garbage bins nicely spaced around the pond and maybe beside every mail box units would provide owners of dogs a big relief when walking their dogs.   Just a thought

Hi Kerry - The landscape design for Oak Bluff was to provide 'natural' sitting areas at the end of the wetlands. The limestone boulders are meant to act as resting areas at the ends of the trails. -Sarah

The garbage bins are a great suggestion. That is a matter to address with the RM of Macdonald. They would be the ones providing pick up and maintenance of the bins - I recommend contacting them with your request.

Ridgewood  Qualico  development  already has both park benches and garbage bins located nicely around their wetland area, just thought it was nice to have.

It's a different municipality and we have a different style of landscape design in that community. I can certainly understand your request, I recommend contacting your Ward councillor at the RM of Macdonald or the office of the RM.
