Post: It seems that rumble strips have been installed on highway 2.  When the wind blows from the south it makes a very disturbing sound. (every time a semi travels across them) This has changed the piece and quiet that has always been Oak Bluff West.  Who can speak on the residents behalf to remove these?  I understand the need for highway safety but there must be another alternative that does not disturb the homeowner/tax payer in this area.  Any ideas?
