Post: If you drive around Oak Bluff West you find the corner lots are not selling and are left to the very last. In many cases these lots are much bigger, however I believe that the guidelines for the area put the cost of these homes  up and buyers are turned away. Other factors such as tax, traffic, may also be the case. Lets address this problem, sitting down with builders and their selling agents to find a solution.
