Oak Bluff West Forum Rules
Keep it clean: Use appropriate language and etiquette. Posts which include offensive or inappropriate language or posts which may be considered rude, offensive and/or generally objectionable or unacceptable will be removed. A member with a violation deemed extreme in nature will be banned.
Keep it courteous: Please respect members, Administrators and Moderators. Spirited discussions and opposing opinions done in a tactful manner are part of any interesting forum and are welcome. Attacks, personal or towards a corporation or organization are not permitted on this Forum. Anything resembling libel or breach of privacy will be deleted.
Keep it on topic: Any posting that is not relevant to the Oak Bluff West community, the topic at hand, or to other peoples’ comments, will be removed. Posts that discuss the Moderators actions will be removed. Duplicate or repeat posts, posting the same message in more than one thread, may be removed if they do not contribute to the conversation.
Keep it legal: Any posting relating to legal or financial matters will be deleted. Do not post information that is known to be false, fraudulent, deceptive, inaccurate or misleading.
Keep it spam-free: Any posting assumed to be possible spam or overtly promoting any kind of product or service will be removed. When a member requests information, you are welcome to post basic information about your business as part of your response. We suggest that you include your full name and company information as part of your signature. Self-promoting postings/threads considered as advertising/marketing will be deleted. As an Oak Bluff West Community Forum member you agree not to spam or solicit other members. Recommendations for services and products are always welcome.
Reporting problems: If you wish to complain about the content of a post or the behaviour of a contributor, please email info@oakbluffwest.ca

The Residents’ Forum has been established by Oak Bluff West Development Corporation to enhance communication - primarily between residents but also between residents and the Corporation. However, the Corporation reserves the right to discontinue the Forum at any time. If the Forum remains active until the development of Oak Bluff West is completed, responsibility for administration of the Forum may then be offered to the Oak Bluff West Residents’ Association.
Moderators will generally respond to resident's questions and comments within 1-2 business days.
