Future Development Plans for Oak Bluff West

On Tuesday, July 11, the Council of the RM of Macdonald approved Qualico Communities’ application for Phase 3B to go to a Public Hearing at a later date (to be determined).

Qualico Communities will be hosting an open house prior to the Public Hearing to discuss our plans for 3B, future development plans for the rest of Oak Bluff West, and to hear what residents of Oak Bluff have to say about the community.

The progress of Phase 3B is important to the continued development of Oak Bluff West and completing the vision for the community. We will confirm a date for the open house soon and look forward to meeting with the residents of Oak Bluff to discuss your community.
