Oak Bluff West, being a part of Oak Bluff, is an excellent place to call home if you or your family are active and love the outdoors. With an incredible rec centre hosting hockey games and numerous community events, there’s always something going on.

Parade of Homes Show Home Hours

Show homes are available for viewing between:

• Monday to Thursday from 3:00pm to 8:00pm
• Saturday and Sunday from 12:00pm to 6:00pm

Oak Bluff is only a 10 minute drive down McGillivray Boulevard to get to Kenaston Common or Seasons of Tuxedo (major retail centres in Winnipeg), and only about half an hour from downtown Winnipeg – all the charm of country living with easy access to the city.

Photo Contest

We’re very excited to announce our Fall for Qualico Communities Photo Contest! We’re giving away three $75 Visa gift cards, one per week, during Parade of Homes. All you have to do to enter is take a picture of your favourite show home or community feature, post it on Instagram or Facebook with the hashtag #fallforqc and the name of the community where the photo was taken.

At the end of the four weeks, we’re choosing our favourite five photos, posting them on our Facebook page, and whichever photo generates the most likes in two weeks, will declared the winner and whomever took the photo will win a $200 Visa gift card.
