Thank you for visiting the 2016 Fall Parade of Homes

The 2016 Fall Parade of Homes has come to an end and those who visited Oak Bluff West were able to see all the community has to offer – especially the open space perfect for growing families.

We saw more people than ever before come out to Oak Bluff this Parade.”

For builders in the area, having the extra wide lots in the community allows them to get creative in home design which can give families an opportunity to include all the features that will complement their lifestyle. Some common design features Parade visitors saw, in the popular bungalow homes, were open concept floor plans to make family gatherings a breeze, large windows to take in the scenic prairie landscape and three-car garages that allow you to store more than just your cars. 

Oak Bluff West is truly a place where residents are able to live a country lifestyle with city convenience. Residents don’t have lose out on amenities available in the city as Kenaston Common is 10 minutes away. There is so much to look forward to in the neighbourhood with new bungalow condominiums by Randall Homes, on Big Sky Drive, which are currently underway.
